3. Payment

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

  • Courses: Refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase only if the course has not started and on written request.

  • Consultations: Non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.

  • Donations: Donations are non-refundable.

  • Duplicate Payments: If a payment is made twice by mistake, refunds will be issued to the same source within 7-10 business days.
