Shivam Gurukula offers both digital services and one physical product – Sri Chakra Yantra. This policy explains how shipping is handled for physical orders.
1. Products Covered Under Shipping
We currently ship only the following physical product:
Sri Chakra Yantra
All other services such as astrology classes, spiritual training, consultations, and donations are delivered digitally and do not involve shipping.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders for Sri Chakra Yantra are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
In some cases, shipping may be included in the product price.
6. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:
Registered email, or
WhatsApp / phone number provided at checkout
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the Sri Chakra Yantra arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable). We will review and take appropriate action.
